Halle Berry gives birth to baby girl

Oscar-winning star Halle Berry has given birth to her first child.
People magazine has reported that Berry gave birth to a baby girl on Sunday and "is doing great", according to her rep. The location of the baby's birth and her name have not been disclosed.
The father is 32-year-old Gabriel Aubry who met Berry, 41, while shooting a Versace ad in Los Angeles in November 2005.
Berry announced her pregnancy in September last year, when she was three months along.
The star, who won an Oscar in 2002 for her lead role in 'Monster's Ball', adopted the daughter of her second husband, singer Eric Benet. The couple broke up in 2003 after less than three years of marriage.

Mary J Blige delays tour

US RnB singer Mary J Blige has postponed her Australian and New Zealand tour until later in the year due to exhaustion.
Blige, who is touring in the UK, was set to kick off her Down Under shows in Perth on June 10. The tour was also set to take in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Auckland before wrapping up in Wellington on June 17. A spokesperson for Blige's Australian promoter, Chugg Entertainment , today said the singer had been forced to postpone the shows until November because of "weariness from an overwhelming tour schedule". Chugg Entertainment executive chairman Michael Chugg said he supported the decision and didn't want to put undue stress on Blige or risk health complications. Blige apologised and urged fans to see her in November. "I want to thank all of my wonderful fans who supported the announcement of my first tour in these countries and I can't tell you how excited I was to come down in June and put on a show for you all," Blige said. "Postponing these shows has been an extremely difficult decision for me and I am sincerely sorry that I will not be able to fulfil my tour commitments, but I assure you that the November shows will be well worth the wait." All tickets will be valid for the rescheduled shows or fans will be able to get refunds. The rescheduled dates will be released at the end of the month.
